  • All sales are final. Returns are not allowed. However, store credit may be given.
  • Due to the nature of our products, you may receive product that differs in color, size or weight from what is pictured.
  • We accept all major cards (AMEX, MC, Visa & Discover) along with Paypal. Payment via check is only available to wholesale buyers.
  • In order to comply with Maryland state law, 6% sales tax is included in all retail orders.
  • Custom Soap Favors: A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery of the order.
  • Monarch Mobile Parties: To book a party, a $50 refundable deposit is required. It may be applied towards the host's purchase, if requested. Otherwise it will be returned after the event. Cancellations must be received no later than 1 week prior to the event date to receive a full deposit refund. Otherwise, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
  • Wholesale Orders: There is a $100 minimum order on all wholesale orders. A 50% deposit is required upon ordering with the balance due prior to delivery.
